We retain uploaded photos and results for a limited period (e.g., 30 days) only to facilitate downloads and for necessary debugging. After this period, User Content is typically deleted or anonymized. However, copies may remain in backup storage for a limited period as required for system integrity or compliance with legal obligations.
  • Biometric Data (CPRA Compliance): To the extent your uploaded photos contain identifiable human features, the Company processes such data only to generate the Result Files. We do not collect, store, or use biometric data for identification, profiling, training unrelated AI models, or any secondary commercial purpose without explicit Client consent. Clients may request deletion of all such data at any time (see Section 6).
